General

Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below, and as set out under Security, Copyright, and Delivery. We recommend you also read our Privacy policy. You can print the full terms and conditions by selecting the print option in the File menu of your browser.

We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site are exclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.

McKLords Direct cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Credit and Debit Card Payments

All card payments are processed for you by Google Checkout.

Our returns and refunds policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your legal rights.

Products Delivered To You

If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order for any reason upto 5 days before delivery .

If you are returning the product to McKLords head office you will need to either:

  • call us on 01745 585995

  • email us at home.delivery@mcklords-direct.com, or

  • write to us at McKLords Ltd, Bodelwyddan Business Park, Abergele Road,

    Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire, LL18 5SX.

This is subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging.

Orders which are made to order cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty). If you return the product we may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.

You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding relevant delivery charges).


Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. Please call us on 01745 585995 to arrange.

General Conditions

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of McKLords.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate. Where McKLords Direct agrees to provide a specifically designed plan, the Customer agrees to check the accuracy and suitability of the plan.
